1Hangzhou City and some counties and districts around Hangzhou will implement the "single-day single-day, double-numbered double-day" driving measures for a limited time
From 2:00 a.m. to 24:00 every day, ordinary roads in Hangzhou City, Deqing County, Haining High-tech Industrial Park, Keqiao District, Yuecheng District, Paojiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone in Shaoxing are operated. 2Hangzhou, Huzhou, Jiaxing, Shaoxing, Jinhua City Administrative Region and some expressways in Ningbo City Administrative Region will implement "single-day single-day, double-number double-day" driving measures throughout the day
Expressways in the administrative regions of Hangzhou, Huzhou, Jiaxing, Shaoxing, and Jinhua implement the “single-day, double-numbered, double-day” driving measures for motor vehicles 24 hours a day. In the Ningbo administrative area, except for G1501 Ningbo Ring Expressway East Line Baoguo Temple Interconnection to Chaoyang Interconnection, S1 Yongtaiwen Expressway Jiangshan North Hub to Beilun Interconnection, G15 Shenhai Expressway Jiangshan North Hub to Taizhou Sanmen Section, S19 Except for the Yongtai-Wenzhou double-track expressway, the S20 Chuanshan Shugang Expressway, and the G9211 Yongzhou Expressway, other expressways implement the "single-day and double-numbered double-day" driving measures for motor vehicles 24 hours a day.

3The following vehicles are restricted from driving on roads in this province and the administrative area of Hangzhou
Motor vehicles transporting guns and ammunition, civilian explosives, fireworks, highly toxic chemicals, and radioactive materials are prohibited from driving on roads within the administrative region of this province.
Other vehicles transporting hazardous chemicals are prohibited from driving on roads within the administrative area of Hangzhou, as well as the Shaoxing, Jinhua and Quzhou sections of the G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, the Quzhou section of the S33 Longli Expressway and the Quzhou section of the 320 National Highway. The original prohibited passage of dangerous chemicals transport vehicles remains unchanged.
Trucks and tractors are prohibited from driving on roads in Hangzhou City, Deqing County, Haining High-tech Industrial Park, Keqiao District, Yuecheng District, Paojiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone in Shaoxing City.
